Biography: Beth Stroul received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Services Education, Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Boston University. Ms. Stroul is the co-author of the groundbreaking Systems of Care monograph and continues to review and refine the concept of systems of care as a framework for systems reform. She serves as a consultant to ORC/Macro for their national evaluation of the children’s systems of care initiative.
