Synopsis: This poster presentation describes a participatory research project for building practice-based evidence within culturally-based programs. The poster will describe the development and testing of a culturally responsive tool for assessing and planning with Native American/Alaska Native youth. This tool will be used to track the progress of individual youth, and the data can be aggregated for program evaluation purposes. This project demonstrates the value of collaboration between researchers and service providers in establishing program effectiveness.
