Synopsis: The strategy for sustaining a system of care should include a mechanism for effectively communicating results to community leaders, including politicians, child-serving agency directors, and advocacy groups. Responsibility for developing such reports is often given to a single individual, such as the evaluator or project director. This presentation, however, will demonstrate why combining multiple perspectives (i.e., project director, evaluator, and communications director) was necessary to develop an effective outcomes report for Maryland Choices.
