Synopsis: As part of its participation in the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, the TRI Center participated in a Learning Collaborative to study how to implement Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the organizational and clinical levels. Clinicians completed monthly metrics documenting frequency of TF-CBT sessions, caregiver inclusion, amount of supervision received, details regarding use of various TF-CBT techniques, how clients responded to the techniques, and clinician expertise. Metrics are used for fidelity evaluation and clinician supervision.
