Synopsis: A meta-analysis of seven controlled outcome studies was conducted to review the evidence base for wraparound. Findings revealed that wraparound led to more positive outcomes with an overall effect in the small to medium range. Specific outcome domains produced medium effects for positive changes to the youth’s living situation, small effects for mental health outcomes and youth functioning (including school and juvenile justice related outcomes) and no effect for youth assets. Limitations and recommendations are discussed.
