Synopsis: Since 2002, the Choices TA Center has measured the level of system of care development in over 50 Indiana communities. Results from this study have identified communities that have successfully sustained their systems of care and truly exemplify system of care values and principles. Details about what makes these systems work so well, while some others struggle or fail, will be presented, along with lessons learned from the local system of care leaders.
