Synopsis: We used a choice-based conjoint analysis to model the response of parents to interim service options while they waited for children’s mental health treatment. Latent class analysis yielded two segments. Action Focused parents (60%) preferred parenting groups, longer sessions, more active learning processes coupled with more frequent prompts and reminders. Time Sensitive parents (40%), preferred working alone, briefer time requirements, and less frequent prompts and reminders.
