Synopsis: The national evaluation of the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and Their Families Program recently completed an exploratory study examining the financing opportunities and challenges of Tribal systems of care. This paper presents key findings from this study and relates them to data collected from Tribal system of care staff participating in the national evaluation’s Sustainability Study, which examines funded communities’ plans to sustain key components of their systems of care.
