Synopsis: Complex youth and families living in adverse conditions require care managers and supervisors who can "think on their feet," managing the unexpected without losing track of overarching child and family team goals. Many youth with SED struggle with poverty and multi-generational mental health challenges which can feel overwhelming to even the most well-supported clinical staff. Accessible and applicable performance measures offer critical support to supervisors in guiding complex SOC processes toward best possible outcomes.
