Synopsis: Culturally-sensitive evaluations for programs that serve children and youth have become the norm over the past few years; however, this trend has presented both successes and obstacles for assessing the program impact and sustainability for many child mental health programs. This presentation will explore the current trends, challenges and opportunities as they relate to cultural-sensitivity in evaluating child-focused programs. Issues discussed will better equip and empower organizations effectively evaluate their programs that serve multicultural populations.
