Synopsis: Research on efficacy within systems of care has limited by a lack of longitudinal data. This presentation will highlight 3-year follow-up data that was collected from 362 families with children enrolled in a statewide system of care. Measures included child demographic characteristics; child and family risk factors; and child outcomes. Youth receiving services showed significant improvements overall in problem behaviors, competence, and functioning, youth with histories of substance abuse showed the greatest improvements.
