Synopsis: One of the foremost reasons for pursuing system of care (SOC) approaches is the recognition that a substantial portion of service funding is ineffectively directed to address the needs of complex, cross-system involved youth. Local data documenting cross-system and comorbidity findings provides communities one of the most powerful rationales for pursuing a system of care approach. This presentation highlights one community’s efforts to document and utilize cross-system information to shape planning, funding, and sustainability efforts.
