Synopsis: The current study included 61 clinicians from 9 provider organizations that participated in the CATS project in NYC. This study extended previous work by utilizing multilevel statistical modeling approaches to examine the effects of organizational social context on clinician attitudes towards the adoption and maintenance of new evidence based treatment practice (CATS intervention). We hypothesized that constructive organizational social context had a positive effect on clinician attitudes towards adoption of new practices.
