Synopsis: This presentation examines the role of a statewide family-run organization in a system of care. The Parent Support Network of Rhode Island is one of six family-run organizations participating in the national study “Examining the Role of Family Organizations in Developing Family Voice in Systems of Care.” Utilizing a case study approach and a network analysis, a detailed developmental picture emerged of the Parent Support Network’s role in Rhode Island’s system of care and their relationships with system partners.
