Synopsis: A number of states are using Intermediary Purveyor Organizations (IPO) as vehicles for implementing EBPs, and as change agents for capacity building, system of care development, and other related technical assistance. IPOs may share common mandates but vary in their structures, roles, and scope. This panel will present several diverse models of IPOs. Panelists will identify and discuss the outcomes related to their various responsibilities and will outline key ingredients for attaining these outcomes.
