Synopsis: The ability to respond to change is often found within an organization's unique culture. This poster presentation will display results of a qualitative analysis of the ethnographic data from Case Studies of System Implementation. The analysis focused on themes of organizational culture (including language, symbols, values, and assumptions). Results will offer comparison and distinction of these themes across five system-of-care sites, as well as the processes used by key stakeholders to communicate system culture.
