Synopsis: The Collaborative Care for Attention Deficit Disorders Scale (CCADDS), a 41-item measure of collaborative ADHD care was developed for primary care practices. The CCADDS was developed from an existing instrument, review of the literature, focus groups, and an expert panel. The CCADDS was field-tested in a national survey of practicing pediatricians. CCADDS scores were found to be valid and reliable in this sample of clinicians who provide treatment for children with ADHD.
