Synopsis: This study investigates deterioration or improvement for multiple outcomes of children and their families enrolled in systems of care. Predictors of deterioration and improvement over the first six months of system of care services were examined relative to remaining stable. Results suggest predictors of deterioration and improvement differ as a function of outcome measure. These data provide insight into the complexity of identifying children who are “at-risk” for deterioration and those who benefit from services.
