Synopsis: Introduction: Performance measurement strategies in two system-of-care settings are based on quality management. Methodology: MHSPY uses periodic functional measures for ongoing quality management. Michigan uses CAFAS measurement to foster quality improvement. Findings: MHSPY youth show improvement on CAFAS consistent with clinical change (27%). MHSPY trends will be compared to those from Michigan and linked to similarities and differences in performance management approach. Conclusion: Overall effectiveness of systems-of-care can be enhanced using sharing of “real-time” data.
