Synopsis: This presentation provides an overview of the methodology and results of a three-year retrospective analysis of the statewide implementation and outcomes of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in Connecticut. Qualitative outcomes assessing the elements of implementation, including consumer, clinician, organizational, and systemic factors will be described, as well as program fidelity indicators and treatment outcomes. Study results will be discussed within the context of current theories on implementation science (Fixsen et al, 2005).
