Synopsis: Fidelity can be defined as the extent to which delivery of an intervention adheres to the program model originally developed. Fidelity measurement has increasing significance for evaluation. This presentation describes the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Program Fidelity Assessment for Transition-Age Youth Protocol. Results based on the application of the protocol will be presented and discussed.
