Synopsis: Leaders from three enduring, well conceptualized, evaluated and effective community based systems of care approaches developed by major community mental health providers in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York explore with clinical educators and participants the following shared concerns: what should be the focus of research to best meet the needs of individual agency systems, and, how should we promote practice based on the transformation in the culture of agency practice? Working with lessons learned in these three sites, participants will have an opportunity to explore concerns and develop a focus for the continued development of community-based practice and research.
