Synopsis: The Massachusetts Coordinated Family Focused Care (CFFC) pilot initiative has been undertaken in order to better coordinate the care children with serious emotional disturbance (SED). About two-thirds of children in the program are on IEPs at Intake, and about three-quarters show severe impairment in the school setting. This study examines the school functioning and longitudinal school outcomes of children in a wraparound program, including grades, behavior, IEP status and predictors of school involvement on the Wraparound Team for a sample of over 200 children.
