Synopsis: Community Behavioral Health, the Philadelphia operated, nonprofit Medicaid behavioral health company, in partnership with its provider system, the child welfare system, families, advocates, and the Philadelphia School District, created a team model of behavioral health services to improve access and quality of care offered to children and families in public schools. Specific enumerated outcomes are reported on a monthly basis as a measure of consumer improvement in critical areas and in determining program effectiveness. WES Horizons is a foremost provider of these services and is part of a pilot project to improve the outcomes measurement process by using The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire.
