Synopsis: Beginning November 1, 2002, Hamilton Choices, LLC, initiated its administration and management of a system of care in Hamilton County (greater Cincinnati) Ohio. On day one, Choices opened its doors with 42 full time staff and 231 youth and families to serve. Along with summary demographics, a variety of clinical and operational effectiveness and efficiency outcome results will be displayed to help "tell the story" of the program through these first fifteen months. Industry standard indicators and instruments are used including the CAFAS, changes in placement restrictiveness, and monthly residential treatment penetration rates.
