Synopsis: Coordinated Family Focused Care is a wraparound services pilot program in the state of Massachusetts for youth at risk of residential placement or hospitalization because of their SED. An evaluation being conducted by UMass Medical School has included caregiver interviews, with a focus on treatment fidelity and caregiver experiences. This presentation focuses on qualitative data collected from over 80 caregivers at two points in time, including what caregivers say about the positive and negative aspects of their experiences with wraparound. Themes include support, voice and choice, strengths, and programmatic concerns of parents.
