Synopsis: As communities face challenges to sustaining wraparound and system of care fidelity after initial CMHS system of care grant monies end, it is important to find ways to continue training, coaching, and supporting staff members. A partnership between the Florida Mental Health Institute and Children's Future Hillsborough (CFH), a collaborative of agencies that provide services for children in Hillsborough County, Florida, has found a way to expand wraparound fidelity efforts in a Peer Review process that combines fidelity measures with peer coaching that models wraparound and engages staff members. This process supports efforts to build a common mission between partners; communicate clear expectations; focus on partner strengths; and strengthen staff development and training; all in a cost effective manner.
