Synopsis: The Arizona Assessment & Outcome Subcommittee of the Maricopa County Collaborative has implemented a Child & Family Team Interview process. These interviews distributed in three formats (Family, Family Support Partner and Facilitator) were designed by a collaboration of stakeholders: Education, State of Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), Juvenile Justice, Behavioral Health and Child Protective Services (CPS), the Family Involvement Center, the Regional Behavioral Health Authority for Maricopa County and Comprehensive Service Providers (CSP). An integral component of the study design is community partnership in the data collection, analysis, and report writing. Interviews are conducted by family members within the system and non-family interviews are conducted by professional stakeholder representatives. The interviews were designed to represent questions associated with the Twelve Principles and the Four Functional Outcomes.
