Synopsis: Qualitative research methods are valuable in developing knowledge out of experience and context, in understanding multiple perspectives on an issue or topic, and in understanding the complexity in which phenomena exist. This discussion will focus on the potential for expanding the use of qualitative methods in systems of care research.
