Presentation Type: topical discussion
Synopsis: There has been increased interest at the state and federal level to implement evidence-based practices (EBP) across children's services. Subsequently, many questions have been raised about how wraparound fits into the service structure. This interactive topical discussion will provide an opportunity to discuss the current evidence base on wraparound and examine different strategies states have used to conceptualize wraparound as it relates to EBPs for policy makers. Additionally, there will be opportunities to discuss the development and coordination of policy and research designs that address wraparound as a delivery method for evidence based practices.
Date: Monday, March 7, 2005
