Rooms at conference rates at the Marriott Waterside are available on a first come, first served basis, and early registration is strongly recommended to ensure lodging at the conference site. The first week in March is a popular time in Florida; once our conference rate rooms are gone, or after the February 14, 2009 cut-off date (whichever comes first), regular rates begin at $329.

Dress

This conference is being held at a water-front property where the atmosphere is casual. The Planning Committee encourages relaxed and comfortable dress throughout the conference; however, participants are strongly encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket to sessions as the air conditioning can make the rooms chilly.
